Pouch Smart eco

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods (‘Products’) sold by pouch-smart.com (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) to the customer (‘you’). They comprise the complete agreement between you and us concerning the provision of Products.

2. Order Approval and Quality Control: To ensure optimal quality, a sample of the proposed Product will be produced for your approval before mass production. This enables any necessary adjustments and verifies that the final product aligns with your standards. If a sample is not requested, the responsibility for any discrepancies between the digital artwork and the printed product falls to you. Your approval of the sample, or decision not to request a sample, signifies acceptance of the product’s quality and specifications.

3. Feedback and Replacements: In the event of any Products not meeting your quality control standards after receipt, please provide us with detailed feedback and promptly notify us. We are committed to replacing any products that are found to be defective within a reasonable time period. We request that this feedback be provided before distributing the products to your clients.

4. Artwork Changes: Any modifications to the artwork should be communicated to us as early as possible. Changes made at the last minute may impact the quality of the final product and could cause delays in delivery.

5. Delivery and Timeframes: To guarantee the quality of the Products, sufficient time is required for the print process. Pressurizing this process or expediting delivery deadlines could negatively influence the final product quality.

6. Printing Discrepancies: Due to the complexity of printing, slight variations may occur in a minority of Products. These differences are generally accepted within the printing industry. If discrepancies exceed industry standards, we pledge to replace the affected products.

7. Quality Control: Upon receipt of the Products, you are responsible for conducting an internal quality control review. If this process is not carried out, or if feedback is not provided within five days of receiving the Products, we will consider the Products as accepted as delivered.

8. To ensure optimal quality, a sample of the proposed Product will be produced for your approval before mass production. Therefore, if the printing does not meet your expectations and you did not request a sample pouch-smart.com cannot be held liable.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions at any given time. Such alterations will come into effect when posted on our website, and it is your obligation to review the Terms and Conditions each time you use this website.

By placing an order with [Your Company’s Name], you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
